So I have managed to find this awesome picture which actually tells you how many calories you can burn in 45 minutes based on what type of exercise and your weight...
I hope this helps you all and lets you realise how much you can achieve within 45 minutes of your time... I believe that everyone has 45 minutes to an hour of their day to spare for a little bit of exercise whether it be a walk, jog or cycling :) I say Just Do It!!
