Exercise

Hi All

So I have managed to find this awesome picture which actually tells you how many calories you can burn in 45 minutes based on what type of exercise and your weight...

I hope this helps you all and lets you realise how much you can achieve within 45 minutes of your time... I believe that everyone has 45 minutes to an hour of their day to spare for a little bit of exercise whether it be a walk, jog or cycling :) I say Just Do It!!

you are what you eat

Hi All,

So I have been following this facebook page Fitness Divas, which has been inspiring me :)

You are What You EAT!

And I know we all know this already but how much do we actually pay attention to it?? The point of this is not that we already know what it is, it is how we address it in our lives everyday. I know it is hard to say no to the foods which taste delicious and sweet like chocolate or those drinks which taste amazing. But not only are we harming our health and becoming unfit and overweight we are also opening the doors to other illnesses like diabetes, heart disease, cholesterol and our rotting our beautiful teeth!! 

We should be treating our bodies like temples and looking after them well as they still have a long long way to take us :)

How Bad Do you Want IT??

Hi All,

Today I have been productive with work, study and also a little bit of research just to boost up my motivation and confidence. I have decided to start eating healthier and cut out a lot of the junk food which I love to eat... Sitting in an office is hard enough, but when you're on the go and need an energy fix your mind automatically switches to foods like chocolate, muffins, ice cream, biscuits etc. whatever seems to be close to hand.

I have realised that making the switch from fizzy drinks to water, or alternatively diet coke or coke zero is much better. Even mineral water with a wedge of lime or lemon is amazing! It leaves you feeling refreshed :)) I'm not a big fizzy drinker however I do enjoy my can of coke every now and again especially now that it is coming to summer.

I have also wanted to watch what I eat but also get into shape and lose those extra kilos I gained during winter so I have started going to the gym every night and my it's working. I have long days as I travel up to 4-6 hours a day to and from work + clients and the work itself so I manage to squeeze an hour or 2 for the gym at night.

I believe that watching these videos made me become more motivated to make myself work harder at the gym and conquer my weaknesses and gain a flatter tummy :P



Some foods that definitely help you get a flatter stomach include the following:

I know that I will definitely be following this and keep myself motivated to work out everyday harder and harder than the day before.

If you don't push yourself, and fight against those who push you to the ground you will not be able to stand up on your own two feet.

Another way of losing weight by switching what you drink throughout the day ....

coffee and sunrise :)

Hi All,

I have been driving up to the city quite early these past few weeks and I have to say that the sunrise over my home town is amazing, take a look for yourself :)

And may I say this coffee I had at wolli creek last week was delicious and definitely hit the spot :)

High Tea Moments

Hi There,

I know its been a while, a long one indeed but work has been even more crazy than ever...


Anyway recently I have been spending some quality time with my girlfriends and we attended a High Tea event raising money for Breast Cancer. 


It was an amazing day filled with food, freebies and ofcourse champagne :) I do have to say I had a little too much at times but it was very fun!!!
